Hey folks! Question about War Sails.

I’m still a new player at Mount & Blade. My friend has the PS+ catalogue so I gave Warband a shot and liked it, I’ll be sure to play it on PC! I’m interested in buying War Sails. I dont have Golden and Falcon companions

I searched for whole map and i took a look at encyclopedia and i cant any companion with this two labels (Golden & Falcon) . I want them really bad for their tactic skill. Mine is so low and its hard to exp :C

Any suggestions? Can they just not spawn? Maybe there is roatation of available comapnions from time to time?
