Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. I killed all the doctors

So recently my 5th healer companion died. And now there are none left. No "the healer" or "the surgeon" left to hire. Iv'e been diligently hiring new companions and have them die on the battlefield so maybe there will spawn more... but so far no luck. Any ideas?
