Hey folks! Question about War Sails.

I’m still a new player at Mount & Blade. My friend has the PS+ catalogue so I gave Warband a shot and liked it, I’ll be sure to play it on PC! I’m interested in buying War Sails. I killed all the doctors

So recently my 5th healer companion died. And now there are none left. No "the healer" or "the surgeon" left to hire. Iv'e been diligently hiring new companions and have them die on the battlefield so maybe there will spawn more... but so far no luck. Any ideas?
