Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. is there a mod that reverts combat to how it was on original?

I just absolutely loathe this new combat after playing the original for so long, I have no idea how a full speed armored war horse can't just crash right through infantry, it feels like I'm constantly lagging and it's been a major turn off personally.
