Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Any way to get all smithing parts in 1.6.0 ?

The dev command to unlock them was removed in this patch and the mod with the multipliers is discontinued...

I like making my own weapons but spending hundreds of hours just to unlock the parts i need is a fat skip for me.
