Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Is the Javelin "exploit" still available in 1.6.10?

Wondering because the economy is killing me and so I made some javelins that didn't sell for much. Maybe I'm just terrible at making them...
