Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Help, hideout in "rescue your family" quest has dissapeared

Hello, i've had the rescue family quest for an in-game year now and i figured i was gonna get it over with. The quest said that there was a hideout near diathma so i went over there. The problem is that, there is no hideout. THe quest says i will see it on my map and i remember where it was from the start of the quest, but no hideout. I tried reloading the game but there were no results.

Is there a way to get the hideout back?

Does the quest matter much? I was gonna start building my kingdom and can i do it without completing the quest?
