Mods that still allow cultures of settlements to change?

TaleWorlds broke all the mods that change culture for settlements. I've been staring at the original settlement culture changer mod's crash logs for hours, to no avail. Help, hideout in "rescue your family" quest has dissapeared

Hello, i've had the rescue family quest for an in-game year now and i figured i was gonna get it over with. The quest said that there was a hideout near diathma so i went over there. The problem is that, there is no hideout. THe quest says i will see it on my map and i remember where it was from the start of the quest, but no hideout. I tried reloading the game but there were no results.

Is there a way to get the hideout back?

Does the quest matter much? I was gonna start building my kingdom and can i do it without completing the quest?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
