Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. How do I defend Laria against the Baccus Empire? Prophesy of Pendor

I'm with the kingdom of Sarleon and I am struggling to defend. They have around 2500 and I have 1200. I've always successfully defended against other factions with those numbers. Do you guys have any strategies? Or should I let them take the city and come back and take from them another time?
