Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. How do I rescue my caravan from a bandit hideout?

It says my caravan leader is captive at a bandit hideout and was last seen at Ortongard.

I've gone through and looted three bandit hideouts (mostly my troops did while I stood behind trying to snipe the enemy with javelins) that were near that area and still haven't found him.

Any way I can figure out where he's being held captive so I don't need to attack every hideout in Calradia to find him?
