Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Anyone notice noble without combat gear in patch 1.6

As the title said, I notice some noble running around the map in civil gear with no weapon whatsoever in patch 1.6

Anyone notice this or is it just my save xD
