Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Best autobattle unit?

What is the best unit to have if you're going to use the "send troops" option? I know it basically just rolls numbers against eachother so there has to be one unit that has the highest number.
