I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. The only way this could've been better is if Monchug died instead of his companion. submitted by /u/Glorf_Warlock [link] [comments]
Like Bannerlord, combat requires you to hold block and look towards the direction of a hit to block/counter it. Since the combat is so frantic, I find myself often blocking and countering repeatedly.
I often struggled to do this in Bannerlord due to the distance of the camera, and player movement speed. Back in Bannerlord multiplayer that muscle memory seems to have carried over and I find myself blocking successfully much more often. Anyone else here playing "Shiv II", and would like to comment on how they are enjoying it? I Got it with $10 off from green man gaming
