Everybody manages to "win" the game

I mean I play it mainly as Role play, so winning it is not my goal, but I definitely want to be successful. Usually, getting first city is pretty hard, because having less than 200 troops, building siege camp, fending off enemy lords roaming around my siege camp requires big heap of luck. Then expanding the kingdom without clans is hard, even with two or three it gets hard against fully established kingdoms. However, weekly I see many posts about finished game, great strategic win, destroying whole kingdoms singlehandedly.... I am by no means beginner, having 2K+ hours in Warband (partially napoleonic wars as regiment member, but still many hours in Floris, Pendor and so on), 700+ hours in Bannerlord. Can I change which faction owns what territory?

I was wondering if I can change what faction owns what territory in the files or with commands or something? I am planning on playing eagle rising since the new faction is out, but the sturgians and aserai kinda kill my immersion because of their armors. So is there anyway I can just give all their land to another faction? I would also settle for the ability to change their troop tree.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
