ROT crashing, what am I doing wrong?

I thought it was the other mods i was using, but it crashes without the extra ones too. The place it crashes is right after the character creation menu once you pick your difficulty. Guys, I need help with mods, I have no idea what I’m doing wrong

I downloaded all the mods I wanted, open mod folder, move them from my downloads to the mod folder, search for dll file I can unlock and unlock it, open the game, go to mods, and no mods. What am I doing wrong? I’ve watched like 4 videos of this process I don’t get what step I’m missing.

I’ve even deleted all the files and did it again, and still doesn’t work
