In your opinion, what are the best policy choices for forming a new Kingdom?

After a 6 month hiatus I am back to whacking off heads on horseback at full speed and I am getting to the point where I am gonna backstab the Northern Empire and form my own kingdom.

I want to know what you think the best policy choices are on formation of my new Kingdom, and then what the priority would be for the next policies to get after formation.

It used to be, get whichever policies give you the biggest party first, and then go for whatever gives the ruling clan the most influence, so you can pass whichever policies you want later. Is that still the case, or are there new schools of thought? Any advice and thoughts about kingdom policies is welcome! Thank you!
