Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Too many Bandits in Northern/Central Vaegir lands

Basically, they get BOTH Sea Raiders and Taiga Bandits, the 2 most dangerous bandit types in the game. Meanwhile, there are no bandits in most of the Nord lands (You do get Sea Raiders around Wercheg and Alburq castle).
