Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Why exactly is Prophesy of Pendor good?

I've been lurking this subreddit for a while, and I've seen a lot of things about Prophesy of Pendor. Why exactly is that mod good? I've been playing Floris pretty much my whole Warband adventuring career.

I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla.
