Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. What does it mean to chamber?

Since it's something defensive, I assume it means to get really close to your enemy so that he is unable to deal slash-y damage with his sword due to the lack of range for arm movement.

If not that, then what is it?
