Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. 21st Birthday Today

I remember playing M&B: Warband for the first time in Middle School. Now im in my second year of University STILL enjoying this masterpiece. Even though Bannerlord is quite overdue, I still can only thank Taleworlds for all that they have done. I trust that they are making all the right decisions. Also got to give major props to the mod creators that represent our community - Saxondragon & PoP Team, Brytenwalda Team, Aruda - Gekokujo & Calradia 1417, Produno - AWOIAF... you guys have certainly gifted us with the virtue of patience in preparation for Bannerlord. I would absolutely be honored to deliver a heard of cattle to you guys through the heart of enemy territory. Anything for you renowned Lords.

Its almost harvesting season ladies and gentleman... May you all be blessed!

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
