Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Any tips on conquering the Rhodoks?

Recently we (the Vaegirs) made peace with them, but as marshal I was only able to take a single castle with HEAVY casualties. Compared to the Khergits, where I took a city and two castles, that’s quite a deficit. Any tips on units to take their castles?
