Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Am I the only one that seems to stall out at around day 500 or after you get your first castle?

I don't know what it is. In Floris I got to day 500 got my first castle and then stopped. Now I am currently playing Prophesy of Pendor and I just got my first castle and have seemingly stalled out. I am in a weird position where I feel like there's no challenge for me at the moment. I can lead an army of 135 and am like level 26. I know there is a lot to do in the later portions of PoP, what should I do during this mid-game down time?
