Just came back to bannerlord 1.3 something after two years

And I love every improvement or changement so far. Well I am 1 hour into a new campaign but I liked th new stealth system and just looking at the encyclopedia relations seems a bit more complex. Loved also the new small things such as troops shouting down your orders. So far soon cool BUT There is one thing which really suck for me and that is the new light system. I really can't see shit in battles, unless with a sun shining at midday. Other than that impossible to fight in the shadows at dawn or even afternoon. And I can't tell if the ai is better or I simply suck. Please tell me there is a fix to this because battles are just becoming a frustrating nightmare... submitted by /u/Plopita [link] [comments]

Coming from 1.6.4, 1.7.0 is making my head hurt.

Playing since launch, just shy of 2000 hrs, experienced mod user, and 1.7.0 just has me scratching my head. Spent the week after work taking my time and getting my mod list up and running and stable and started a new playthrough tonight. First looter battle and I'm like "Um..what?". The new party and troop management systems are going to take some getting used to! Not complaining, just reminiscing on what it was like when I first started playing and not knowing WTF was going on lol. And I'm sure I'm just scratching the surface with the new changes.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
