Hey folks! Question about War Sails.

I’m still a new player at Mount & Blade. My friend has the PS+ catalogue so I gave Warband a shot and liked it, I’ll be sure to play it on PC! I’m interested in buying War Sails. What are some viable ways to hit another kingdom's economy during peacetime?

I'm thinking of buying all their workshops and turn them into the most worthless kind based on their available resources, but I'm not sure how that is going to affect the market and would like to explore new options that do not include raiding
