Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. What are some viable ways to hit another kingdom's economy during peacetime?

I'm thinking of buying all their workshops and turn them into the most worthless kind based on their available resources, but I'm not sure how that is going to affect the market and would like to explore new options that do not include raiding
