Just came back to bannerlord 1.3 something after two years

And I love every improvement or changement so far. Well I am 1 hour into a new campaign but I liked th new stealth system and just looking at the encyclopedia relations seems a bit more complex. Loved also the new small things such as troops shouting down your orders. So far soon cool BUT There is one thing which really suck for me and that is the new light system. I really can't see shit in battles, unless with a sun shining at midday. Other than that impossible to fight in the shadows at dawn or even afternoon. And I can't tell if the ai is better or I simply suck. Please tell me there is a fix to this because battles are just becoming a frustrating nightmare... submitted by /u/Plopita [link] [comments]

Can't recruit vassals anymore. Is there a cap?

Hi everyone! I have 46 vassals and I don't know if it's a bug or a vassal cap exists but it seems like I can't recruit more vassals anymore. After finishing all empire factions, the game started to snowball. I had a plan of recruiting a vassal for each city we capture with the same culture and the plan was going really well. Armies started to move on Khuzaits and we captured 3 of the northern Khuzait cities fast. Recruiting 3 of the Khuzaits vassal was no problem. But after that 46th vassal, no vassal wants to join my faction anymore. I tried everything. Smithed like hell and made 40M gold. Made 100 relation with some. Destroyed and captured all Khuzait settlements. Still, all of the remaining Khuzait vassals are like "I am happy with my Liege blah blah...." This is what I've tried so far:

  1. I have 40M gold so money is not the problem.
  2. Vassals I've talked to are all Poor so they are not happy with their money situation either.
  3. They don't have any fiefs since I wiped Khuzaits off the map.
  4. I've killed Monchung, so the vassals I am trying to recruit are not friends with the new ruler.
  5. I have 100 relation with a Poor, Fiefless vassal but still, he is friggin happy with their Liege.
  6. I have 288 Charm skill.

After that, I've tried recruiting Aserai clans too and the same thing happened. Did my save get broken or something? I need info. Thank you.
