Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Herd penalty

Do you get a movement penalty if you have too many horses? I didn't have any cows or sheep or whatever but I do have a ton of horses compared to my 198 man squad. I'd be pretty speedy if it wasn't for that issue.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
