Despite unlocking the dlls they still are angry.

I have ran two seperate module unblocking mods to fix this, along with me manually checking if they were unlocked. I didn't even have the option to uncheck them on the security option so idk if im doing something wrong. submitted by /u/Noose_Seller [link] [comments]

Herd penalty

Do you get a movement penalty if you have too many horses? I didn't have any cows or sheep or whatever but I do have a ton of horses compared to my 198 man squad. I'd be pretty speedy if it wasn't for that issue.
