Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. 5 clans including my own and due to all of the tributes we pay none of them can muster a party above 20 men. What do I do?

As the tittle says. We pay a tribute to almost every nation because of just constant wars with multiple nations at a time. 3/4 of the clans I made from companions, 1/4 I was able to convince. Have a tough time convincing any other lords. Should I just make more companion clans or hold out for higher tiered clans?
