Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [Bannerlord] Is there anyway to get the crown apparel in game?

I'm 9 years into a Sturgian playthrough and I feel confident enough to "accidentally" merk my dear 99 relation pal Raganvad and take over the faction (hopefully.) I was hoping I could get a crown to help me roleplay a little.

I know crowns were added a while ago but I wasn't playing the game at the time and I don't know how to get them. Is it something we automatically get or do I have to be lucky when entering a town to trade?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
