Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Can create my kingdom

Hello, I completed the dragon's banner, I have a clan level of 4, have two cities and a castle, and I am an independent clan. However I still can't create my kingdom. Any idea why?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
