Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Troop grouping gone?

Was the feature to assign your troops to groups removed? Or did they change it? I've been trying to find a way to separate my spearmen from my shield men for hours with no luck. My shieldwalls are fairly worthless if half of them don't even have a shield!
