Favourite "overhaul mods" ?

I put overhaul in " because some of the best mods aren't fully overhauled but do change the game up.

I like to play a lot of different mods and I run fresh installs all the time just to try different mods.

Eagle rising has been a fantastic mod but its not quite enough of an overhaul.

What mods would you guys recommend to really overhaul, I personally want something set in the British Isles
