I know there is (was?) a mod there you could have like a personal guard of 10 units in every battle. But is there any working mod out there that fix so you can have that, but also decide on your own what units shall be in it? I'm new to Warband and I have been playing for a couple of weeks now. So far I'm really liking it but I'm afraid I may have fucked up a bit. I worked as a merc for a bit and then became a vassal for Swadia and Rhodoks respectively until I had some money and about 60 fellas with me. I kept pissing off the kings by starting shit on the orders of some of the other lords. The kings kept not giving me any fiefs so I decided to leave, start my own kingdom, and take my own castle. This hasn't turned out well for me. Now every kingdom is at war with me and no one wants to make peace. I've recruited one other lord but we just keep getting skullfucked. Now I'm trying to crawl back to make peace and give up my castle but no one wants that. Do I have any options here apart from getting skullfucked?
