Constant declaration of wars

I became a lord for Vlandia and we expanded a bit, but now I don't even have time to gather troops as the empires declare wars over and over.

Northern empire declares war, aserai too, then sturgians, when we beat northern, the khuzatit declares one, we beat aserai and western empire declares war etc...

I am constantly in war with 2 empires while the 3rd one rotates.

How to make a truce?
