i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. 1.80 Beta Mods

I've seen a few posts on here about minor hotfixes breaking mods... Seems to be what happened to me.

Has anyone been able to get Diplomacy working on the latest version of 1.8?

It's the only mod I want to use, but it has a few dependencies.
