Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Creating personal armies with companies.

What do you get out of it? I have plenty of money to Fite out a company, but idk what the value of it would be. Do I get a % of their loot? But I worry them making stupid decisions and wasting all my efforts.
