Everybody manages to "win" the game

I mean I play it mainly as Role play, so winning it is not my goal, but I definitely want to be successful. Usually, getting first city is pretty hard, because having less than 200 troops, building siege camp, fending off enemy lords roaming around my siege camp requires big heap of luck. Then expanding the kingdom without clans is hard, even with two or three it gets hard against fully established kingdoms. However, weekly I see many posts about finished game, great strategic win, destroying whole kingdoms singlehandedly.... I am by no means beginner, having 2K+ hours in Warband (partially napoleonic wars as regiment member, but still many hours in Floris, Pendor and so on), 700+ hours in Bannerlord. Bannerlords Wont Launch Tried Everything

I have over 400 hours on this game.

I have modded it in the pasts and the last time about 6 months ago that I played I installed Vortex and everything went to crap shortly after that. I have uninstalled Vortex and everything related to it and the mods on my PC.

Since then I have tried EVERYTHING on threads to try and fix it to no avail. My last one was deleting everything with Bannerlords in it, reinstalling everything required to play, and a new, clean install from steam. And still, I am stuck.

Are there anymore idea out there?

I have just wanted to play since the full release and I'm stumped.

Even multiplayer will go to load but "fails to connect to server"

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
