Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Does anyone know how to play snow in the east?

I downloaded the snow in the east WWII mod a few mins ago, started up the game and nothing changed. I’m not great with files and mods, but is there something else I have to do other than downloading the mod from the steam workshop? Help an inept pc user pls!
