Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Is everyones brother the same?

i am confused on if the brother you start with, the one you start with in the campaign is always the same for any future playthroughs or to anyone else, because mine looks nothing like my character. His name is Nejun and hes white and Blonde while im tanned and have black hair.
