Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. I HATE THE ASERAI

Oh my god I fucking hate the Aserai in my current play through. So I’m currently the leader of Vlandia after a long while of building up relationships with almost everyone in the kingdom. In game years past and I have brought the Vlandians who had been kicked to the curb in most of the wars they fought to a significant powerhouse who has almost completely wiped out the Northern Empire and Stugians. Now besides the almost constant wars with the empire which are driving me insane and the fact that my nobles are so fucking stupid, I had previously been at war with the Aserai (apparently, I didn’t know at the time) and recently they have just redeclared war. Now this might of been alright if not for the fact that not a single faction has even dented the Aserai numbers. With our numbers being tied in the 10000 this should of been an somewhat equal fight. But of course when the only people the faction fights are retreating armies from the Western and Southern empire they have max leveled troops. I just lost 2 cities, several castles, all within 2 weeks, and now the dickhead battanians are also at war with me, as well as the empire. So this is kind of a call of help and just to express that the Aserai and their new leader can go and fuck themselves

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
