Seiging army loot question

So I was besieged by an army they had 2400 troops I had 1500. Using the ambush to reduce the health of their seige engines and my fire pots thrown on the troops I forced them to retreat after a battle Got the victory screen, it says I get blah blah percent of the loot etc. But there was no loot or prisoner screen. The seige continues, they rebuild & heal, I ambush, they attack, victory screen.... This happened three times, eventually the enemy army lost cohesion and their parties dispersed. I was down to about 200 unwounded troops so I decided not to persue them. My question is what happened to all the prisoners, loot and experience? I won three battles against a superior army! submitted by /u/Nondescript-Shoe [link] [comments]

I dont understand how so many castles can be so poorly designed

Some of the castles in this game are so profoundly poorly designed that it almost seems like they are deliberately designed to favour attackers. I can buy the idea that some cities could have bad defenses to accomadate the organic growth of the town or whatever, but the idea that a castle, something built from the ground up to be a defensible strong point, would be so profoundly awful, is just a fucking absurdity

I just got Melion castle and had to defend it against what should have been an easy siege defence and holy shit it it ever fucking awful. Not only does it have terrible defensible choke points, but the choke points it does have are seemingly deliberately cluttered with obstructions and full on buildings for reasons i cant really understand so you cant even actually use them. This castle is straight up a liability to the point where it would probably b3 better to fight the battle in the field

Im genuinely confused as to what the design philosophy is for castles in this this game. Just arbitrarily make some of them completely useless? For what reason?

Optimal weapons in Smithing (Forging): a second, deeper (?), look - Blades/Heads + Guards/Banners and Accessories. Bit of a letdown

Hello everyone. It’s been one month since part 1 was released (This one https://www.reddit.com/r/Bannerlord/comments/12yqhq5/optimal_weapons_in_smithing_forging_a_first_look/ ).I’m here posting again to go forwards in the established direction from part 1.There will be a TL;DR section at the end. A little recap is in order: last time we crafted every single possible weapon in Bannerlord, but ignoring guards, pommels, grips, accessories (From now on, "Parts 2/3/4")... and only switched between different blades/heads ("Parts 1"), which I expected to determine the overall worth of the item much more than the other parts (This proved to be the case, according to today's data).Furthermore, there were no changes in size at all, so all components were crafted only in standard size. Again, I've updated the Google drive folder I've been using up until now. It contains a series of screenshots detailing the weapon's name (Which in turn is a combination of the...
