Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. I am finding hard to star my own kingdom.

Can´t find a good way to start it without being kicked in the ass right away.

My last try, i was the marshal and almost everyone was with me, i caught two cities, asked them both to me, just got one, and then i rebelled.

But they army was already grouped, and they start taking everything for me, i just could not fight 1,5k. I only got 2 companions as lords and myself, it was barelly 400 man troop.

How is your experience with that? The good and the bad ones...
