[TLD] Bug? "You are attacked by a group of goblins" ... still waiting for them.

I got a quest to kill some rogue goblins at corsair camp. I went into the camp at night, it said I was attacked by a group of goblins, 1 goblin ran to me close to my spawn point, the other goblin just stood at where the forger stands. killed them both, but can't leave the town and can't find the other goblins(?) if there even are any. Music goes away and repeats at random. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
