What to do during peace time as a vassal?

I've joined up with the Rhodoks as a vassal, but soon after they made peace with the Sarranids, and since then have been at peace for literal in-game months. During that time I got married, went around doing tournaments, increasing relations with my fief(a village), doing bandit hideout quests, fighting bandits, doing Guild Master quests, and building up my army. To be perfectly honest I'm getting a bit bored, is there anything else I can do?

Note: If it matters I'm playing Diplomacy
