i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. What do you think the dev is currently working on the Butterlord sequel?

I know there are dev interview , weekly blogs, videos, and all that shits, but still i can't help but wonder what part of the game they haven't finished yet, since from all the preview videos everything seems ready for at least an open beta version of it.
