Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Hi, I'm new to the series. I have some questions. Could you give me some answers?

So I bought Warband on PS4, fell in love and am downloading it on my PC right now. Hopefully it will run fine. I have some questions, and would welcome any extra tips or advice about the game that you have for me.

First, marriage. Is it important? What do I get out of it? Can I marry a lady from a different kingdom?

Secondly, can I become king of a pre-existing faction- for example can I bump off Ragnar to become king of the Nords, or do I have to make my own kingdom?

And lastly, once I have it on my PC (And have finished a few vanilla games) I would like some mods. Nothing too game changing at first, maybe some more diplomacy and a few extra features... such as the ability to kill certain lords (Lookin' at you, Jarl Dirigun ya prick). Then I might try some fantasy mods.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
