Hey guys, I bought both the original and warband during a steam sale three years ago and have finally got around to playing them these last few days...
Now I know the general consensus is that Warband is an improved version of the original and so the original is more or less obsolete, but I started playing it anyway to get my money's worth. I'm enjoying it way more than I thought I would and I've thrown in a good 30 hours over the last 4 days already, but I can see myself throwing hundreds more into this series in the future.
Basically, my question is this: is it worth continuing my character in the original or should I just start afresh in Warband before I become too invested to make the switch? Is it a "waste" to continue playing through the original when warband is basically the same game but with many new features?
