i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Bannerlord Business Model

Has their been any discussion on the business model for Bannerlord? As much as I am looking forward to it I'm hoping they don't implement microtransactions or loot boxes. Not opposed to DLC but am opposed to cash grabs.
