Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [PoP] Question: what's behind the god messages?

Other than Ullr Vetr, is there background, quests, items behind Astraea and any other instances where a Pendorian gods talks? Or am I imagining there being more than those two?
Wiki doesn't work at work guilt, else I'd look it up there.
