Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. About to start my very first ever kingdom. Need tips!

Almost have enough right to rule, have 20k denars, 103 man army, 6 friends, 4 companions, and an okay force to defend a castle. I need tips, since this is my first play through i've ever done where i start my own kingdom. (got the game only a few days ago.)

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
