Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [awoiaf] how do I increase my fleet size and prepare for the Others

I've almost unified all westeros after many hours, and now, waiting the white walkers i'm planning to invade essos. But I can only have 7 ships, wich is not enough to carry all my army of 670 men. Is there a way to have more ? And is there a special thing to do for the white walkers, because i know fire arrows can kill them, but i don't know how to prepare my infantry and cavalry. Can I make them equip special items ? And happy new year of course! (Excuse my poor english, i'm french)
