Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Question about multiplayer.

I just bought this game for me and my friend and was wondering if there was any way we can play together in our own campaign? Or is multiplayer just deathmatches and such with no kingdoms.

Should I get NW too if I'm into the multiplayer side of things?
