Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. How long to train?

How long should it take to train troops to knights if you have 10 training? I saw some stuff on google that says it should only be a couple weeks, but its taking me forever. (Fwiw I'm playing a world of ice and fire)

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
